MODESTO (AP) -- Ronnie Jebavy tripled, doubled and singled as the San Jose Giants defeated the Modesto Nuts 6-4 on Monday. San Jose grabbed a 4-1 lead in the second after Ryan Howard hit a two-run single. After the teams traded runs, the Nuts cut into the deficit in the fifth inning when Braden Bishop hit an RBI double and then scored on a single by Logan Taylor.
