Manteca’s young aspiring artists will take the center stage during tonight’s downtown farmers market.
On display are the entries in the Farmers Market Kids Day Poster Contest conducted by the Manteca Parks and Recreation summer arts program under the leadership of Judy Doll.
The Deli House is sponsoring this week’s market theme of “Back Yard” and Entertaining.” The market, sponsored overall by Best Buy, is from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Library Park.
Miss Young Manteca Taela Heath will be collecting canned goods for St. Paul’s Food Pantry as a community advocacy project during tonight’s market.
