Boys & Girls Club hosting free Day for Kids today

The Manteca Boys & Girls Club is hosting a free Day for Kids that is open to anyone - including non-members - today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

It will take place in the Bobette and Charlie Giles Park adjacent to the Boys & Girls Club at 545 W. Alameda.

It will include live music, free games, a police K-9 demo, food, drinks, and more.

  • Panda Express and Frito Lay will be providing free food for the kids.  (While supplies last)
  • Live music played by youth provided by GK Music and Manteca Idol.
  • Manteca Park and Recreation will be hosting a variety of games including punt, kick and pass.
  • Home Depot will be doing design projects with kids.
  • Game Speed Training will be providing free training sessions.
  • The Manteca Police Department, Manteca Fire Department and Army will all have representatives there.
  • There is also going to be face painting, tumbling, arts projects, and more.
Also participating will be Old Navy.
