Raymus Homes hires Gerding as president
Ryan Gerding

Raymus Homes, Manteca’s local homebuilder since 1945, has hired Ryan Gerding as the company’s President.

Most recently Warmington Residential California’s Northern California Division President, Gerding joins Raymus Homes with nearly two decades of homebuilding, land acquisition and development experience under his belt. Besides an intimate understanding of the land development process, Gerding also has a background in residential home sales, civil engineering and business administration.

No stranger to homebuilding, Gerding rolled up his sleeves and started work in February. Quickly, he has become an integral part of the Raymus Homes team.

Company owners Toni Raymus and Bob Raymus will continue to be involved and direct Raymus Homes’ strategy and major initiatives going forward – just from a more “behind the scenes” position.

“I have full faith in Ryan’s ability to take Raymus Homes to the next level as our new President,” says Toni Raymus. “This will allow my brother Bob and I to focus on the long-term direction of the business, become even more involved in the charitable mission of our foundation, Building Dreams, and explore what the next chapter of our lives might look like.  We look forward to working closely with Ryan to achieve our objectives while still remaining steadfast to the tenets and beliefs  Raymus Homes.”

“I am honored to be named President of Raymus Homes and look forward to carrying on the legacy built by generations of the Raymus family,” says Gerding. “Raymus’ core values of excellence, customer service, integrity, teamwork, and giving back are all direct results of the incredible culture they have created, and I am excited to focus on the growth of the company.”

Raymus Homes has been providing building homes for families in Manteca as well as the larger San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties since 1945.   They are currently building Passport and Dolcinea at Griffin Park neighborhood in Manteca.  Within the coming months, Raymus Homes will also be breaking ground at The Trails in southwest Manteca.
