The Ripon Unified School District experienced its highest enrollment numbers to date.
According to the third month figures – from Oct. 7 through Nov. 1 – the district tallied 3,363 students.
The enrollment report made available at the Dec. 17 school board meeting had Ripon High leading the way with 988 students.
RHS, in comparing those numbers to the prior year at this time, had 43 students more but four fewer than that of the beginning of the 2019-20 school year.
As for the elementary school sites, Ripona had the most students with an enrollment of 473 – that’s 58 more than a year ago.
Colony Oak was not too far behind with 471 while Ripon Elementary tallied 466 for that third month count. Weston and Park View had enrollment numbers of 464 and 463, respectively.
RUSD’s alternative education site Harvest High (26) and Independent Study (12) rounded out the report.
