West Valley Concrete Inc. is looking to set up an industrial office / warehouse in Ripon.
The City of Ripon Department of Planning and Economic Development recently received a request from the applicant to construct a 7,560 square foot building, which would support a 2,500 square foot office space a 5,060 square foot warehouse with 12 parking stalls at 875 Doak Blvd.
The site location is on a 38,000-square-foot vacant parcel zoned for light industrial at the corner of Doak Boulevard and Vera Avenue.
A project review meeting with the applicant is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 2:30 p.m. at Ripon City Hall (conference room), 259 N. Wilma Ave.
From there, the application will be forwarded to the Ripon Planning Commission for the 6 p.m. meeting on Monday, Oct. 17.
