The City of Ripon’s free movie in the park series concludes on Friday, Aug. 11, with “Storks, Find Your Flock.”
This 2016 fun-for-the-family, 3D computer-animated adventure comedy is about the storks of Stork Mountain, who, for generations, delivered babies to families around the world.
They’ve moved on to delivering packages after one stork (Jasper), in an attempt to keep an infant girl for himself, accidentally destroyed the infant’s address beacon and goes into exile.
Storks feature the voices of Andy Samberg (Junior), Jennifer Anniston (Sarah Gardner), Kelsey Grammer (Hunter), Katie Crown (Tulip) and Jordan Peele (Beta Wolf).
The outdoor movie will begin at about 8:30 p.m. at the Mistlin Park Amphitheater on West River Road near Jack Tone Road.
Gates open at 7:30.
Those attending are asked to bring a blanket or a low lawn chair.
Snacks and refreshments will be offered by the Ripon Explorers.
Children are required to be accompanied by an adult.
