SACRAMENTO . (AP) — Sacramento County authorities are investigating a suspicious house fire at which an elderly man and his son were found dead and have named a person of interest in the case.

Sheriff's officials say 32-year-old Abraham Felmley was spotted in a pickup truck Monday afternoon that was missing from the scene of the Florin-area fire. Felmley allegedly pulled up in the truck and carjacked someone at gunpoint in Merced.

Sheriff's officials say detectives want to speak to him as a person of interest.

The cause of the fire has not been determined. Sheriff's Sgt. Jason Ramos says it's not clear whether the victims — identified by family to the Sacramento Bee (http://bit.ly/13YqGiV) as 84-year-old Chesley Felmley and his son, 64-year-old Dennis Felmley, — died in the fire.

Sheriff's officials have not said how Abraham Felmley is related to the victims.
