The third annual Music for Alzheimer’s Patients is now underway through Dec. 17.
The drive for new or used CDs that are used to help jog the memory of Alzheimer’s patients is being sponsored by SPACES and Progressive Deigns. The organizers are noting that Alzheimer’s patients “might not remember the words by they always remember the tune.
People dropping off CDS will be entered into ma drawing for either a $100 gift certificate at Ernie’s Food & Spirits in Manteca or Cabana Del Sol in Manteca.
CDS can be dropped off at 208 W. North St., 243 M. Maple St. at Suite B, or Hi-5 Nutrition at 1325 W. Yosemite Ave. All locations are in Manteca.
All CDS received will be given to Alzheimer’s care facilities in Ripon and Manteca.
