He is preceded in death by his father Sam Ulibarri, mother Evelyn Fisher and step-father Don Fisher and his brother Rick Ulibarri. Mr. Ulibarri is survived by his loving family, wife of 32 years Norma Ulibarri, daughter Ashley Ulibarri, son Thomas Ulibarri, brother Randy Ulibarri and sister-in- law Kathy, Gary Ulibarri and sister-in-law Mary, sister Nancy Stryker and brother-in-law Greg and sister-in-Law Pat Ulibarri and step-mother Kay Ulibarri, Anthony was a Manteca/Lathrop resident for over 30 years, previously of Fremont. He was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and enjoyed golfing and fishing.
