28, 2017. He was born on
September 20, 1957 in Tracy,
CA. He was a long time
resident of Manteca, CA.
Dwain is preceded in death
by his brother Jesse Jr., father
Jesse Sr., and father-in-law
Vernon Uecker.
Dwain is survived by his
wife Tamara of 39 years, son
Arthur Jr., wife Russchelle,
son Brandon, wife Debbie,
adored grandchildren, Bailey,
Ava, Elliahna, Jayla, Serena,
Anthony, Paul, mother La
Faye Tolbert, sister Donna,
husband Tom Bonnin, and
mother-in-law Marjean
Uecker. Dwain also leaves
behind his loving brother-in
laws, Wayne, Rick, Dean,
Gary, Tim, and wives.
Also numerous nieces and
nephews, and cousins.
Dwain graduated from
Manteca High School in
1976. Dwain worked at
Hannahs as a bus boy, Best
fertilizer, and was a general
contractor for Tolbert
Construction and Tolbert-
Uecker Construction.
Dwain loved his family
trips to Hawaii,
Jamaica, and Santa Cruz,
camping, fishing, riding jet
skis and riding his Harley
Davidson. Dwain’s favorite
thing to do was to entertain
family and friends.
And would give his shirt off
of his back to help someone
in need.
A celebration of life will be
held on Thursday, February
9, 2017 at Chez Shari at the
Manteca Golf course at
12 p.m.
