Clairmont “Sparky”  Young, born August 26, 1922,  age 86, of French Camp passed away  Sunday, June 28, 2009,  in Stockton.
Sparky was an avid carpenter who built ships  and enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his son William Young and his wife Cheryl of Sunnyvale, Calif., his granddaughter Susanna Young of Modesto, and his brother Bob Young of French Camp.
He will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known and loved him.
 Private arrangements are being handled by Park View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca.
