    Gerry L. Dufour, entered into rest on February 3, 2015. He was 73. He was born in Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana on August 23, 1941 to the late Wilson and Oma Dufour.
    Gerry is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years Karen Dufour. His children are Julie  Dufour Byington (William), Jamison Dufour, Nicole Dufour (Sophia), Steven Erdman (Kris), Katherine Hill (Phil) and Kimberly Steffensen (Brian). He was blessed by 17 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one godchild.
   Gerry is survived by his sister, Patty Vandenberghe (Ron), his niece, nephews and cousins.
    He was preceeded in death by his parents, his daughter Lisa and his son, Joey. He was a loving, devoted husband and family man. He proudly served his country in the Air National Guard. He retired after 45 years of service from Owens Brockway in Tracy, CA. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Moose Lodge #1815, and the NRA. He loved the 49ers and SF Giants. He played baseball for many years and enjoyed golf and church sports. He enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors. He was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Karen.  He deeply loved his children. He adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be remembered for his quick wit and humor, his beautiful smile and his ability to love unconditionally. He leaves behind a legacy of eternal love and will be greatly missed by his family and friends always.
