Gertrude “Louise” Molleson, 89, passed away surrounded by her family on March 19, 2020. 

   Gertrude leaves behind the love of her life and husband for over 71 years, Arthur Molleson.  She is survived by her four children, Richard (Judy) Molleson of Manteca, Kenneth (Robin) Molleson of Tennessee, Charles (Debbie) Molleson of Oakley. She adored her grandchildren, Candace (Carlos) Espinola of Ripon, Karen (Heath) Weber of Ripon, Ricci (Mike) Patton of Manteca, Michael (Sarah) Molleson of Napa, Jannifer (Matt) Solopow of Oakley, Daniel Molleson of Tracy, Tammy (Nic) Paxton of Ripon, Tonya Hammond of Bakersfield, Melissa (Ray) Farias of Modesto, Eden Molleson of North Carolina and Allison Molleson of North Carolina, Paul (Maria) Geaudreau of Nevada, Grant (Amber) Geaudreau of Tennessee and Amanda (Paul) Kelly of Washington.  She was blessed with 30 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

   She is preceded in death by her son, Norman, and her siblings Muriel Staedler, William Chatfield and Maurice Chatfield.

    Louise worked as a teacher aide for special need children for many years. She was an active member of Eastern Star in Sierraville as a Worthy Matron. She loved crocheting and crafting. Louise was loved by all her family and friends and had a special place in her heart for grandchildren and Tom Collins and her godchildren, Carol Lynch and Bill Molleson. She will be missed deeply.
