Linda Diane Taylor Paul, 60, passed away on January 7 at home with her family after fighting a two-year battle with melanoma cancer. Linda was a longtime resident of San Joaquin County. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all that were blessed to know her.

She treasured her three sons, they were her everything in life. She enjoyed the simple things in life, she had a heart of gold, loved people, and having fun. She was a fan of Betty Boop and collected everything she could. She loved decorating for holidays and shopping with long time friend Renee.

Linda leaves behind her three sons, Jerry, Jimmy, and Larry; daughters-in-law, Diane, Jamie and Miranda; grandchildren, Christopher, Zachery, Michael, James, and Larry Jr. Long time companion and friend Charlie Spurgeon Jr.; her mother Doris; two sisters, Carla and Darla; many aunts, uncles and cousins; longtime dear friend Renee Pashon and many other friends she was grateful to have known in her life.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 23. at 2 p.m. at Park View Cemetery, 3661 French Camp Road, Manteca. For more info and directions contact Renee Pashon at 482-5335.
