Richard Allen Bailey passed away peacefully on Monday, January 25, at his home in Manteca after a long battle with emphysema at the age of 54. Richard was born in North Dakota. He worked for Shane Transportation for 16 years as a truck driver. He enjoyed listening to Art Bell, and the outdoors with his family.

He is survived by his mother Ardis Tangen of Spokane, Washington; wife Jesica Bailey from Manteca; sons, Joseph Bailey from Manteca, Richard Clyde Bailey III from Leavenworth, Washington, and Kris and Cristina Bailey from Stockton; daughter, Sarah Bailey from Stockton; sisters B.J. Bailey and Nancy Dacumos from Stockton, Stacy Lucas from Elk Washington, Rona Labute from Spokane Valley, Washington and Sheri Fluery from Eugene, Washington. Richard had many nieces and nephews and was a grandfather of three. He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters.

Richard was loved by many people and will be truly missed by all.

Arrangements were handled by Park View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road in Manteca.
