On July 25, 2017 Sammie Ruth Crosno passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.  Sammie was born August 24, 1933 in Weatherford, Texas to the late Sam and Clemmie Stults.
   Sammie married John Crosno on May 17, 2003 and with that union a large extended family was created.
   She is survived by her husband John, sister Isabel (John) Briscoe, children Barbara Trevino, Donna (Terry) Titsworth, Sinda (Tom) Gray, Carrie Crosno, Rob (Sandra) Crosno, Sharan (Garry) Scott; 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
    She is preceded in death by her first husband Cliff McGilvray, second husband Gilbert Coon, sister Francis Bailey, and great granddaughter Amber May Crosno.
   A memorial will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2017, at Park View Funeral Home, 3661 French Camp Rd., Manteca, CA.  After  the Service family and friends are invited to an informal gathering at 510 Alpine Ave., Manteca.  Interment will be private  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
