SUBMITTING RESULTS
The Bulletin encourages youth and recreation teams of all leagues from Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon and Weston Ranch to submit their results. You may drop off game information at the Bulletin office on 531 E. Yosemite, or e-mail Sports Editor Jonamar Jacinto at jjacinto@mantecabulletin.com. Please note which league and team you are representing, the age division of the game played, the date of which the game was played, final scores, standout performers with first and last names and any additional game highlights. Results must be submitted by Monday, 5 p.m., as the Bulletin’s youth roundup runs Tuesdays. Results with incomplete information will not be entered.
Chuck Good belted an RBI double in the top of the sixth and final inning to help the Manteca Little League A’s keep the White Sox at bay in a 5-3 major division victory Saturday at Lincoln Park.
The White Sox (4-2) were held to just three runs despite doling out 10 total hits. A’s starter Ryan Vazquez lasted three-plus innings to earn the win. He and Good combined for 12 strikeouts. Dylan Konieczka fired 13 strikeouts for the Sox.
Tanner Petersen and Brandon Landwehr each had two hits to lead the undefeated A’s.
Dominick Pisano was 2 for 2 with five steals and spotted the Sox an early lead with a run in the bottom of the first on Devin Sullivan’s RBI.
Travis Warrm and Sullivan were each 2 for 3.
The Angels answered with two in the bottom half for the game’s final runs.
Zach Hayford hit a double and a single to lead the O’s, and Ray Barber added an RBI single. Dylan Hodges was 2 for 2 with a double and two RBIs for the Angels.
Joshua Craighead had at least a dozen saves at goal for the Eagles and was recognized as the team’s standout player.
Alexis Vilarino recorded a hat trick, while Danika Bell and Alannah Pringle fired in two more goals to lead the blowout over Merced. Faith Chavez chipped in a score, while Elizabeth Watson contributed two assists.
Madelyn Cuculich and Tessa Raspo helped collect the shutout on defense.
Against CenCal, Watson volleyed in a Viviana Albor cross, and Linnea Natale converted a free kick from behind the penalty line to give Ajax the edge.
Skyler Hoy controlled the midfield, and Isabella Marseline was outstanding on defense. Carly Bland and Sarah Bohrer combined at goal.
Mantecan Isabella Cardenas poured in six goals, and Jasmine Basuil recorded her own hat trick. Miriam Garibay added a pair of goals, and Alexis Phillips had one.
The Pumas, now called the Tracy Fireballs, also started the NorCal Spring League during the same weekend, producing a 3-0 chutout of South Valley United of Visalia.
Katie Locke, Garibay and Cardenas each scored, with Taylor Murawski notching the assist on Cardneas’ goal.
Goalie Taylor Boren picked up the shutout with help from fullbacks Rebekah Bonds, Shayla Simonich, Christina Suarez and Miriah Jeffery.

The Tracy Futbol Club Pumas ended their indoor soccer season with a bang, as they blasted Chivas 13-1. Under-11 girls
