MODESTO (AP) — Bryson Brigman hit a walk-off single with two outs in the 10th inning, as the Modesto Nuts topped the Lake Elsinore Storm 4-3 on Tuesday.

Nick Zammarelli scored the game-winning run after he started the inning on second.

The Nuts tied the game 3-3 in the bottom of the eighth when Kevin Santa scored on a wild pitch.

Modesto starter Reggie McClain allowed three runs and nine hits over 6 1/3 innings. He also struck out three and walked one. Seth Elledge (4-1) got the win with two innings of scoreless relief while Blake Rogers (2-2) took the loss in the California League game.

Santa singled twice, also stealing two bases in the win.

For the Storm, Nate Easley singled twice, also stealing a base.
