Castillos homer leads Rawhide to win over Ports

STOCKTON (AP) — Henry Castillo hit a three-run home run in the second inning, leading the Visalia Rawhide to a 10-5 win over the Stockton Ports on Tuesday.
The home run by Castillo scored Jason Morozowski and Tyler Baker to give the Rawhide a 3-0 lead.
The Rawhide later added five runs in the third and two in the sixth. In the third, Austin Byler hit a three-run home run, while Ben DeLuzio hit a two-run single in the sixth.
Visalia starter Jose Almonte (11-8) picked up the win after allowing three hits over five scoreless innings. Opposing starter Angel Duno (8-9) took the loss in the California League game after giving up eight runs and eight hits over 2 2/3 innings. Colin Poche recorded his first save of the season.
