Carla Ochoa scored three goals to lead the Fury to a 4-3 Manteca Area Soccer League victory over Stockton (Granados) last weekend.

Joanna Martinez helped Ochoa complete the hat trick by assisting the last two scores in the game played at the Regional Sports Complex in Stockton.

Martinez came up with the go-ahead goal thanks to an assist from Adrianna Hernandez.

Manteca held a 2-1 lead, with both under-19 girls’ squads matching second-half goals.

The Fury got defensive pressure from Georgia Arriola, Taylor Gray, Kristyna Valdez, Estrella Morales, and Cecilia Ibarra-Bejar.

Ochoa, Martinez, Aiyana Greeley, Ashley Tarango, Jessica Milobar, Teresa Morales, and Ashna Singh did likewise on offense.

Goalie Ashley Freeman had five saves while Carly Thissen and Anna Mascarelli managed some powerful kicks along the way.
