What can the chamber of commerce do for your business? It can serve, support, promote, and create opportunities for your business to grow. It is our vision to serve all of our members. 

  How can we better serve you? First the chamber can set goals that will benefit local businesses. One of the goals of the Ripon Chamber of Commerce is to create a welcoming atmosphere which will encourage more people to visit our town and our businesses. So here is an answer to how we can accomplish this goal. The chamber needs to support local projects that draw in consumers. A current project that the chamber is accomplishing is having beautiful rope lighting put on posts through Downtown Ripon. We call this the; “Downtown Light Project!” These elegant lights will be up by the end of this month. This is something that everyone can enjoy. The goal is to create a fun, vibrant, and charming downtown!

A future goal of the Chamber of Commerce is to create maps that will feature business information and the locations of our members. For example, when there are sporting events, these maps can be handed out. It is our mission to increase awareness for all of members by providing knowledge about: location, product information, specials, and services that are available to visitors and residents. 

What can we do to make a difference? We can continue to learn about ways to help businesses be successful. We are looking for key speakers to talk about how to market your business on Facebook, through the internet, creative advertising, how to receive tax credits, and much more.
