Yukon Jack’s Log Cabin Dining is coming to Manteca.
Dynaco Food Concepts originally was going to build a Cool Hand Luke’s Steakhouse & Saloon at The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley. Instead it is opting for the sit-down restaurant that offers a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu.
It will join Red Robin Gourmet Burgers that opened last week as well as Buffalo Wings & Rings Bar & Grill that is targeting an opening in the coming months as the first sit-down restaurants at the complex anchored by Bass Pro Shops. Orchard Valley will also feature upscale outlet stores.
Dynaco Food Concepts also operates the Huckleberrys and Perko’s Café & Grill chains.
Yukon Jack’s touts a menu the company indicates is inspired by cuisine out of the Great Northwest Territory. Some of the original breakfast offerings are Maple Praline French Toast, Yukon Gold Potato pancakes, and corned beef hash made from scratch. The dinner and lunch menu features hand-carved deli sandwiches, burgers, ribs, poultry, fish, steaks, roast and seafood. Yukon Jack’s also offers a tavern set-up.
Orchard Valley will also feature Matsui Sushi, Subway, and a yogurt shop.
