Ripon Unified enrollment increases by 60 since start of this school year

The third month enrollment report for the Ripon Unified School District was at 3,197 students.

Those are the figures from the span of Oct. 4 through Oct. 29 of this school year, released at Monday’s school board meeting.

RUSD reported 3,137 during the first month while seeing a jump on the following month’s report (3,272).

Ripon High’s numbers dipped to 994 – as compared to the second month enrollment figures of 1,009 – while the Independent Studies program (25) had increased enrollment and Harvest High (24) maintained steady numbers since the start of the school year.

At the elementary school sites, Colony Oak (456) led the way with the highest recent enrollment figures. Park View and Ripona followed with 436 and 435 students, respectively.

Ripon Elementary (423) and Weston (404) rounded out the report.
