Manteca, nearby options for Super Bowl fans

The New England Patriots are in the Super Bowl for the umpteenth time.
At least it feels that way. The Tom Brady / Bill Belichick Patriots will be seeking to hoist up the Lombardi Trophy for the sixth time come Sunday at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
The Eagles are 0-2 in their previous Super Bowl appearances.
Kickoff is 3:30 p.m.
Super Bowl LII will air on NBC with must-see TV halftime show featuring Justin Timberlake and, of course, the commercials. NBC will receive about $5 million for a 30-second spot, according to Sports Illustrated.
As for a local flavor, New England wide receiver Brandin Cooks is from Stockton (Lincoln High) – he’s one of Brady’s favorite targets – while Eagles back-up quarterback Nate Sudfeld is from Modesto (Modesto Christian).
