One World, Many Songs at Lathrop Library

LATHROP – The Lathrop Branch Library presents “One World, Many Songs” today starting at 2 p.m. The program kicks off the 2011 Summer Reading Program for Lathrop, and features singer and musician Bonnie Lockhart who will present a sing and move-along concert of folk songs and World Music games. The event is free and open to the public.

The presentation will be a family fun music-making program for all ages. The show will be held at the Lathrop Community Center Gym at Valverde Park, 15557 Fifth Street. The Lathrop Branch Library is located at 15461 Seventh Street.

The free program is provided through the generosity of the City of Lathrop. The Lathrop Branch Library is p art of the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library.
