Dawna Lynn Cascio passed away at her Manteca family home of her mother Linda and step-father Edward Janas on January 13, 2017 at the age of 45.  It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, awesome family and friend who is survived by her mother Linda Janas, sisters Gina and Kristy; father Vincent Cascio, uncle John Ursini, niece Myshael Baker, nephews Benjamin Foote, Sean Janas, great niece Mykayla Murrieta, Godparents Danny and Carol Ohlmeyer, countless uncles, cousins, family and friends.
  Dawna was a fun loving, caring person and enjoyed life to its fullest and will be dearly missed. She will be laid to rest in her family plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Hayward, CA.
  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ursini Family Home, 833 Resota St., Hayward on February 11, 2017, at 1:00 pm. 
  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help defer the cost of funeral services.
