A Manteca resident for more than 20 years passed away on July 9, 2009 in the loving arms of her family, following a courageous battle with multiple myeloma cancer. Jennifer worked as the CFO  in the family business for more than 23 years. Jennifer was an active community member and fundraiser in Manteca, at her children’s schools, soccer teams, volleyball, and Relay for Life events.

 Jennifer is survived by her loving husband, Jim Maruca and her two children; Christopher and Taylor; mother, Shirley Ramsey; mother-in-law, Josephine Maruca; brother, David Ramsey; Sister, Julie Buller (Ken); brother Mark Ramsey (Sandy) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, and many friends to numerous to list. She will be forever missed and remembered by all that knew her and that she touched.

 A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in Room J. A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, July 16, at 11:30 a.m. in Chapel of the Roses. Arrangements are by Oak Hill Funeral Home; 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) in honor of Jennifer Maruca.
