Mandy “Hazel” Fredrick was born in Mansfield, Mo.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, bingo, as well as cards.

Hazel volunteered at the Hayward Home Boys Club, PTA, and worked on the Election Board.   Hazel lived on her own until the end.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Fredrick, survived by her sons, Bill,Wayne, and Ty Fredrick, two step-children, Les Gray and Cecelia Rivera,  sisters, Doris and Phyllis, 18 grandchildren, 29 great- grandchildren and great-great-grand children.

No services will be held per her request.

Arrangements are by the Neptune Society of Northern Ca-Stockton Branch.
