Robert W. Cargill, 47, entered into rest on January 20, 2017 in French Camp, Ca. He was born on April 17, 1969 in Manteca, Ca. He is preceded in death by his father Raymond Cargill and mother Glenda Potter.
Mr. Cargill is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years; Theresa Cargill and children; Joshua Cargill, Megan Titsworth and Emily Cargill. He adored his two granddaughters; NormaJean Titsworth and Devyn Malay. In addition Robert is survived by his step-mom Denise Cargill and his Step Dad; Dan Sobera Sr. as well as his siblings; Dan Sobrero Jr., Jessy Graves, Gina Hoffman, Nick Cargill, Jennifer Almendarez, Noelle Cargill, Chelsea Uecker, Amanda O’Neil and Lonnie Hoffman and many extended family members who loved him dearly.
Robert was employed by Duraflame as an Electrician for the past year; he previously worked for Mepco in Lodi for over 10 years. He was a graduate of Manteca High School, class of 1987 where he was a four year band member; prior to Manteca High Robert attended Sequoia School Elementary. Robert was a Mason for the Shriners and volunteered for Cpl. Charles Palmer Troop Packing, Friends of East Union Cemetery - Veteran Restoration and the Gone But Not Forgotten Project. He enjoyed croquet, playing Clash of the Clans and was a huge fan of Flash Gordon and Star Wars. Robert will be remembered as a devoted husband, wonderful dad and an amazing grandpa. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
P.L. Fry & Son is honored to be serving the Cargill family. A memorial service will be held on Friday February 3, 2017 at 3  p.m. at P.L .Fry & Son 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca.
