My name is Mike Merilles and I would like to send a thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, and medical staff which took care of me from June 27 through July 6.  Through the use of the Doctors Hospital in Manteca to transferring to Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto, my experience was physically, mentally, and spiritually exhausting. 
While I am still recovering at home I am much better now thanks to the medical staff which took care of me.  I would also like to thank my friends, family, and Sequoia Baptist Church for being at my bedside during the worst.  I am finally able to talk, walk, eat, sleep, and breathe.  For that I am thankful.
