Customer care is the mantra at Tracy Chevrolet

TRACY — Tracy Chevrolet has a philosophy that’s quick and to the point.

“We go to great lengths to take care of the customer,” said general manager Pat Kelly, who echoed the motto of the dealership located at 3400 Auto Plaza Drive in Tracy.

On Wednesday, he expounded on that philosophy.

“Our internet team and our retail sales staff are trained thoroughly on what are the most important things that our customers look for. This includes getting them the right information required at the time (they want it) so they can make the correct decision when they’re ready to purchase – no pressure tactics,” Kelly said.

He added: “We are committed to offering the lowest prices on all of our new Chevrolets.”

Tracy Chevrolet also has pre-owned vehicles at the dealership.

Those who can’t make it there can browse the internet – – to view the cars, SUVs, trucks and crossover vehicles.

But it doesn’t end there.

“When you bring your Chevrolet or any GM vehicle into our service department, you can expect the same great customer service,” said Kelly, who has lived in the community for the past two decades. “Our staff will go out of their way to make sure that your experience here is a completely a satisfying one.”

As an added convenience, Tracy Chevrolet offers shuttle service, if needed.
It was about two and half years ago that the dealership made management changes following the switch in ownership.

“The positive vibe and excitement surrounding Tracy Chevrolet is still as fresh as ever,” Kelly said.

In addition, the dealership has the technicians and service writers to make it worth the short drive to Tracy for Chevrolet, Cadillac, GMC, Buick, Saturn, or Hummer owners.
