ROP fashion merchandising students staging fashion show Saturday at Sierra

Students of the Fashion Merchandising class of the Manteca Unified School District’s Regional Occupational Program are staging their Premiere Runway Show at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Sierra High gymnasium, 1700 Thomas St.

Rue 21, Clothes Avenue, Mango, Maurices, TJ Maxx, Elaine’s Boutique, Formal Connection,  Gap, and JC Penney’s, to name a few, are providing the fashions.

Students from ROP instructor Angie Anaya’s class are in charge of all aspects of the show.

Admission is $5. All proceeds will benefit the Fashion Merchandising class / club.

The Premiere Runway Show will again have the support of the ROP community.

Amy Lee’s Culinary Arts class is furnishing desserts and beverages.

Liz Aschenbrenner’s Fashion Design students are producing the swag bags filled with donated goodies for all VIPs in attendance.

Dave Koch’s Video Production is working to capture every minute of the show, with his students serving as photographers.

Joe Waller’s Careers in Law Enforcement class is providing security for the event.
