Clarence Schuiling was born, raised, and passed away on the family farm in Ripon, a place he deeply loved throughout his life.
Born to Thies and Ann Schuiling, he attended Ripon Christian School and proudly served four years in the United States Navy.
On December 28, 1954, he married Sarah Juliana “Julie” Witt, and together they raised six daughters. Clarence began working as a mechanic and crane inspector at Sharpe Army Depot in 1966 and retired in 1992. In retirement, he enjoyed traveling and volunteering, always valuing faith, family, and community.
Clarence is survived by five daughters, 13 grandchildren, and 32 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Julie and daughter Shirley.
Burial services will be held Thursday, May 28, at 10:00 a.m. at Ripon Cemetery, followed by a Celebration of Life at First Presbyterian Church in Ripon.
