Groups from East Union High invited to perform at NY Citys Carnegie Hall

East Union High School’s Bella Dozzina and Camerata Choir singing groups have been invited to perform at Festival at Carnegie Hall in New York City, one of the premier music festivals in the world.

Only select choirs, bands, and orchestras are invited to perform in this world-renowned venue during the Festival at Carnegie Hall.

Under the direction of Anne Talcott, the ensemble was awarded a Gold rating for a superior performance during the Anaheim 2010 Heritage Festival, earning them an invitation to perform at Carnegie Hall in 2011 or 2012.

Over the past year, thousands of students from hundreds of schools have competed for the opportunity to perform at Festival at Carnegie Hall and Festival of Gold. This elite performance opportunity is designed to showcase only the best music ensembles from around the country. Festival at Carnegie Hall brings ensembles to New York City, where a rich history of producing diverse and acclaimed artists creates the perfect venue to take music programs to the next level.
