Lincoln promotes 8th graders
Lincoln 2022
Students were recognized at the May 25 special event for their accomplishments.

Lincoln Elementary School Principal Randy Fowzer gave a fitting adieu to her eighth graders.

At the May 25 promotion ceremony held in the multi-purpose room, she told members of the Class of 2022 that this was “an end of elementary school – now it’s off to high school and beyond.”

Included, she added, is a high school diploma for those students within the next four years.

Among the top awards announced on this day were the Manteca Unified Character Counts Award (recipients were Emilia Barajas and Yaretzi Rodriguez), the Honor Cord Recipients (Jose Gomez Quero, Malea Eve Cortez, Juleanna Paredes, Ximena Zaldivar Morquecho and David Zepeda) and Distinguished Scholar Award (Anthony Abello Jr., Loveleen Kaur, Christopher DeSantos Ibarra, and Nathan Stone).
