Nile Garden promotes class of 55 eighth graders

Nile Garden Elementary School bid farewell to some 55 eighth-grade students during Tuesday’s commencement exercises.

Principal Deborah Noceti Ward had the honors of presenting the Class of 2019 for the distribution of their Certificate of Promotion.

Before that, classmate Macy Brothers led those in attendance in the flag salute while Jaslin Kataria, Maritza Reynozo, and Kimberly Vega provided the introductions of the Manteca Unified school board member and district administrators.

Class speaker Taylor Miske talked about “Unforgettable Memories” and school choir performed “A Million Dreams.”

Bailey Aul, in addition, spoke about “Influencing the Future” and Vice Principal Katie Francis announced the award winners.

Nile Garden eighth graders also consisted of the following:
