The Manteca Police Department is currently searching for the owner of this late model silver Toyota Camry that used as a getaway car for two men that robbed the 7-Eleven on W. Yosemite Ave. earlier this month.

The Manteca Police Department is still searching for two men that were involved in an armed robbery of the 7-Eleven on West Yosemite Ave. earlier this month.

According to police, the two men entered the store early on Nov. 10 wearing masks and began shopping like normal customers before one of the two men walked up to the clerk and stuck a handgun in their face and demanded money.

After being given an undisclosed amount of money, the two men walked out of the store shortly before 1 a.m. and climbed into a newer silver Toyota Camry without license plates and fled before officers could arrive.

No additional information about the suspects or the vehicle that they escaped in is available, and Manteca Police Detective Garrett Morrison is encouraging anybody in the community that may have witnessed the incident – or possibly recognizes one of the two men from the security camera photographs released by the department – to come forward in aiding the investigation.

Anybody with information can contact Morrison by calling him at 209.456.8212 or by emailing gmorrison@ci.manteca.ca.us.

Those wishing to provide information they may aid in detectives discovering the identity of the two men do have the option of remaining anonymous.
