RIPON — Ripon Police Sgt. Richard Kalebjian is heading up a community barbecue at Stouffer Park on Wednesday, June 8, for citizens of his Patrol Beat Area 2 in the northeast section of the city.
It will serve as a community meeting along with the barbecue to discuss any concerns or issues the public may have that are occurring within the Ripon neighborhoods.
The goal of the series of public meetings with officers is to improve communication between residents and the police who patrol those specific residential neighborhoods.
For further information regarding Patrol Area 2, Sgt Kalebjian can be reached online at rkalebjian@cityofripon.org or call 599-0260. Those needing additional information regarding other patrol areas and future meeting dates and times, log onto the Ripon Police Department website at www.riponpd.org.
