Betty Sue Laney, entered into rest on October 25, 2016 in Manteca, California at the age of 74.  Betty was born June 26, 1942 in Kentucky to Walter and Lillian Harrison.
  She is preceded in death by her  husband, Frank James Laney and her two sisters, Joyce and Jeannette.
   Betty is survived by her son David (Susan), son Frank (Theresa), son James and daughter, Karen (Tony). She had 11 grandchildren and 18 great grand children.
   A viewing will be held Friday, October 28, between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way, Lodi, CA 95240.  Services will be held on Saturday, October 29,  at 11:00 where she will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Cherokee Memorial Cemetery, Harney Lane, Lodi CA 95240.
