 Florence Larue Hunter, 92, a resident of Bethany Home, Ripon, California, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 18.  Florence was born on October 24, 1924. 
   Florence always saw her primary role throughout her life to be a good homemaker, mother and grandmother to her children and grand children and foremost as assistant to husband Bill in whatever ministry he was engaged in and in whatever way she could.  A godly woman, somewhat shy by nature she preferred to remain in the background, though, always very ably and untiringly exercising her ministry of helps.
   A celebration of life service for Florence will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, at Deegan’s Ripon Funeral Chapel, 111 South Palm Avenue at Main Street, with viewing from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.  Following the service a reception will be held in the nearby Bethany Manor Dining Room, 999 W. 2nd St., Ripon.
