Hope Christina Jacobo, the daughter of Audlene (Kermode) Jacobo, was born in Manteca, CA on November 29, 1968.  She entered into rest on April 4, 2017 peacefully at her home.
   Hope had four siblings Felix and Nancy Jacobo, Marvin and Glenda Kermode, Marsha and Gerry Hyatt, Linda and Bob Smith, nephews Bobby and Renee Smith, Ken and Dawn Kermode, John and Lori Smith, Keith and Lacey Henricksen, Al and Jodi Kermode, and Glen and Shelita Kermode, niece; Candace and Robert Walls.
   Hope was cherished by all.  The love of her life was the Lord and her family.  Her hobby was coloring in her color book and cross stitch.  She loved her baby dolls, watching game shows and watching Jimmy Swaggert on TV.
   A celebration of life will be held on April 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at 2101 Ustick Rd., Modesto, CA.  No graveside service. Private interment.
