Juana Gonzales Ortiz Navalta entered into rest on October 14, 2019 in Lodi, CA. She was born in Mexico on May 23, 1923. She was 96 years old.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Irenio Navalta. Mrs. Navalta is survived by her five loving children, Linda Navalta, Ernesto Navalta, Gene Navalta, James Navalta and Antoinette Navalta Herrera. She was blessed by twelve grandchildren, Thomas, David, Nicholas, Garret, Arianna, Christopher, Melissa, Michelle, Melinda, Evan, Sarah and Madeline and many great–grandchildren.
Juana was a resident of Lathrop, raising her five children while she worked most of her life as a laborer in San Joaquin County.

6 p.m. followed by a rosary/vigil at 6 p.m. held at P.L. Fry and Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, CA. Mass will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 19399 CA Hwy 120, Ripon, CA. She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Rd., Escalon, CA.
