FRESNO — Andy Scott started it with an RBI double, and Jordan Louie capped it with a two-run shot, as the T’Wolves jumped out to a 3-0 first-inning lead over Sanger and went on win, 12-5.

With the victory, Sierra completed the 30-team Fresno Easter Classic 3-1.

Louie (3 RBIs) got the start and lasted five to pick up the win.

Leasure closed it out.

Sierra (5-1 Valley Oak League, 11-5) kicks off a home-and-home starting at Manteca High Tuesday.

LODI-TOKAY EASTER TOURNAMENT

Lodi 12, East Union 5

At Tony Zupo Field in Lodi, Steve Weddington had a rough outing, allowing five earned in the first before being spelled by Joe Modesto.

The Lancers had five hits and three errors.

Garrett Fisher hit a sacrifice fly in the first, and Wade Morten (2 for 3, 2 RBIs) hit a solo shot in the seventh.

“We played extremely well Monday,” EU skipper Dan Triglia said. “But we played as poorly today as we played well Monday. Not only did we have three physical errors, but we had mental errors that put us in a tough situation.”

Modesto allowed two earned on five hits with four walks, and Frank Costa (2 R, 3 H, HB) closed it out.

The Lancers (2-4 VOL, 7-7) take on Armijo at 4 p.m. this afternoon.
