Frank Beeler went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 9, 2009 in Manteca after a short battle with Melanoma.

Born in Escalon on October 8, 1953, he lived in Ripon for 55 years.  Frank, 55, is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Diana and his mother, Theresa Beeler. He was a loving Papi to his four children, Katharina, Martin, Regina and Samuel. He is also survived by his brothers, Joe (Theresa)  and Ern (Charmain) of Ripon, and his sister, Margaret “Gig” (Al) Ming of Escalon along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Frank was employed by the city of Lodi for 31 years. He was a member of the First Christian Reformed Church, where he played the clarinet and he also enjoyed playing with his Swiss band.  Frank was involved with the Swiss Club, wrestling and the Swiss Echoes.  He was a four-time world record holder in Master’s Bench Press.  Graduating from Ripon High School in 1971, Frank was involved with football, track and field and wrestling at Modesto Junior College and California State University at Northridge where he graduated with a degree in Environmental Health Science.  

A visitation will be held at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 14, from 5 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at Ripon Cemetery on Wednesday, April 15, at 10 a.m. with a celebration to follow at the First Christian Reformed Church, 305 Boesch Drive, Ripon  at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the Stockton Gospel Rescue Mission, 445 San Joaquin St. Stockton, CA. 95203 or to  the Christian Reformed World Missions, 2850 Kalamazoo Ave. S.E.
