Kevin is survived by his beloved wife of 22 Julie. His sons are Curtis and Kyle, both of Ripon. His siblings are Lorraine Brimmer and husband Vic of Oak Hills, Leonard Bingham of Bull Head City, AZ., and Tim Bingham and wife Susan of Wever, IA. He is also survived by his father-in-law Norman Ward and the late Helen Ward of Wellington, NV., Sister-in-laws; Linda Marcin and husband Frank of Carson City, NV., and Marie Ward of Carson City, NV., and one brother-in-law Greg Ward and wife Barbara of Minden, NV. Kevin was a resident of Ripon for the past 7 years. He retired after 31 years of service from Verizon Communications as an Outside Plant Engineering Manager. He was a member of Calvary Reform Church of Ripon. Kevin enjoyed boating, snow and water skiing, racquetball, and dirt biking. His biggest joy was spending time with his family.  His boys thought of him as “their hero”, especially as a husband to their mother.  He was a wonderful father, provider, and above all, a man who loved the Lord.  He was a “people pleaser” always being positive in very aspect that he encountered. He was a role model at home, work, and as a friend. He will be remembered as a compassionate devoted husband and father who was truly loyal to his entire family.

The Bingham family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the Ripon Fire Department and Hospice of San Joaquin. Your true compassion during Kevin’s difficult trials will never be forgotten.

Mr. Bingham’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A Celebration of Life service will be held on April 15 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Reform Church 741 Second St., Ripon. He will be laid to rest privately at Ripon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the Bingham family is asking that you would participate in the Relay for Life Ripon Chapter on May 16, 2009. Please make a special donation to your favorite relay team in memory of Kevin.
