Lloyd Dewayne Johnson was born in Stockton, CA on May 5, 1959 and passed  away in Manteca on November 6, 2018.        

   He was preceded in death by his parents L.D. and Edith Johnson and his siblings, Roger Johnson and Sonja Stoughton.

   Lloyd graduated from Franklin High School and attended Delta College.  He was very proud of his service in the Marine Corps from 1978-83.  He spent 33 years in the underground utility and telecom industry, starting as a laborer, then expert operator, foreman and supervisor.

   He loved boxing, fishing and baseball. He was known for his loyalty and love of family and was always there to lend a helping hand.  He will be deeply missed by his remaining family and friends.

   A memorial will be held on Saturday, December 8, at 12 noon at the Almond Blossom Estate clubhouse, 150 Pestana St., Manteca.
