Martha Johannsen, 70, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 27, 2017.  She was a lifelong resident of Manteca.
   She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John, son James and his wife, along with two grandsons, sisters Joyce and Joan, and brother Marvin. During her life she enjoyed quilting, antique shopping, serving at her local church and spending time with her family. 
   Service will be held Friday, September 1, at 10 a.m. at Park View Cemetery.
