Quinnie Dunbar scored five touchdowns with 274 all-purpose yards to lead the Manteca Jr. Buffaloes varsity to a 40-0 romp over the Manteca Cowboys on Saturday in Central Valley Youth Football and Cheer at Guss Schmiedt Field.
Dunbar (nine carries, 161 yards; three receptions, 113 yards) scored on runs of 35, 36 and 54 yards while pulling in touchdown passes of 8 and 47 yards from A.J. Haines (4 of 5 passing, 121 yards). Jayden Vasquez racked up 177 yards on just two carries with those carries resulting in touchdown runs of 68 and 96 yards and Travis Maltes scored a touchdown on his lone carry of 42 yards.
Grayson Keller led the Cowboys with 14 tackles. Vasquez six stops and a fumble recovery with Maltes and Gabe Torres adding five stops and Jermaine Williams an interception.
C.J. Stevens paced the Cowboys offense with 10 carries for 53 yards and one reception for 16 yards.
Ruben Cedano, Tamatoa Macomber and Rafael Nunez posted four stops apiece for the Cowboys, Levi Kata-Heimuli three with Martin Sandoval contributing to the defense.

Andrew Sakalia scored three touchdowns for the Cowboys.
Sakalia tallied 75 yards on nine carries. Gunnar Griffin scored a touchdown and made a 15-yard reception. Andre Thompson Jr gained 47 yards on six carries and Tyler Thomas made two receptions for 27 yards.
Sakalia tallied five stops, Griffin four with three each for Jayden Ontai, Frankie Nieto and Isaac Gray (fumble recovery).
Jayden Ontai and Tyler Thomas each snagged an interception.
