Ripon chamber lists restaurants open during virus pandemic

The Ripon Chamber of Commerce contacted local eateries following Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home orders amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

For the 16,600-plus residents of Ripon – per California’s stay at home orders — they’re allowed to leave their homes to get groceries, outdoor exercise, prescription and healthcare needs, and food.

Businesses such as restaurants will remain open but only for take-out and deliveries.

“We need to continue to support our local businesses,” Chamber President / CEO Kelly Donohue said on Friday.

Open for curbside / pick-up / drive-thru services include Austin’s Coffee, Austin Meat Service, Brother’s, Burgess Bakery, Canal Street Grille, Ede’s Taco Shop, La Mexicana Meat Market, My Garden Café, Ripon Coffee House, Togo’s Sandwiches, Pizza Plus, Ripon Roadhouse, Sana Food Mart, SheBOBA’s, Small Cakes, SunShine Donuts, and The Vine House.

Delivery and pick-up orders are available at the following: A Matter of Taste, Domino’s, Fina, Las Casuelas, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Taqueria El Molcajete, and Round Table Pizza.

“Several places are offering family-style meals,” said Donohue.

The Chamber will continue to keep tabs on the coronavirus along with any updates.
